Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed in Chicago, IL to deliver evidence-based PT services for orthopedic conditions, conducting evaluations (goniometry, manual muscle testing), developing individualized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy (Graston, Dry Needling, MDT, Mulligan) and modalities, educating patients, documenting progress in Epic Hyperspace, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, supervising a 1:1 PT to PTA ratio, and pursuing ongoing professional development including Blood Flow Restriction Therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
