Job Summary
Manage patient caseloads by scheduling medically necessary visits, conducting evidence-based manual therapy and functional exercises, and performing meticulous follow-up before, during, and after the Plan of Care. Ensure documentation is completed at the time of treatment using our innovative EMR while handling efficient billing procedures based on allowable timed units. Communicate effectively with referral sources and patients to deliver superior rehabilitative services for musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, and sports-related injuries. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Understands & demonstrates efficient management of their patient caseload, including efficient scheduling of Medically Necessary Visits, meticulous follow-up before, during & after the PT Plan of Care, and efficient billing procedures based on allowable timed units
- A strong interest in Manual Therapy treatment and has a commitment to continual learning and professional growth
