Job Summary
Physical Therapist in Mason City, IA providing in-home and senior living care within the FOX Rehabilitation Geriatric House Calls model; deliver one-on-one PT to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care, deliver evidence-based treatment, document effectively within FOX’s EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place, and provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
