PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Provides physical therapy to inpatients and outpatients; administers evaluations and develops plan of care and measurable goals; progresses treatment plans according to patient progress; performs hands-on therapy with emphasis on safe practices; documents using EHR and communicates with physicians, case managers, patients, caregivers, family, and other health care staff; participates in departmental meetings and education opportunities; provides patient and family education and home programs; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana; frequent walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
