Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention while documenting progress and adjusting interventions as needed. Collaborate with referring providers and clinical team members to ensure functional rehabilitation and optimal mobility. Maintain compliance with regulatory and documentation standards within the outpatient clinic team.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Current state licensure or eligibility
- Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
