Job Summary
Direct inpatient physical therapy care to patients in need, supervise treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a well-equipped inpatient rehab gym and collaborate with a team to drive meaningful progress for patients. Include ongoing professional development, and participate in a culture focused on empathy, positive impact, and patient success.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
