Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans involving manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training. Deliver structured rehabilitation programs while educating patients on injury prevention and home exercises. Coordinate care with physicians and other providers to support outcome-driven treatment, adjusting plans based on measurable progress. Complete accurate EMR documentation using AI-assisted tools and maintain compliance with clinical standards. Work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 4-5 years of outpatient, msk, sports, and or orthopedic physical therapy experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a multidisciplinary medical setting
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Comfort working within structured workflows
