Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining medical documentation and conducting ongoing training in restorative techniques for clients and team members. Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to execute plans of care in accordance with state practice acts and reimbursement regulations. Ensure all residents receive fair treatment with dignity and respect, protecting their personal and property rights by following established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
