Job Summary
Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes with a max 30-minute drive, schedule flexibility, and no overlapping appointments. Treat one patient per visit, complete quick documentation via the Luna app, and operate on the road with in-home visits. Must hold an active state PT license, have reliable transportation, carry liability insurance, and maintain CPR/BLS certification. Roles include part-time, full-time, contract, per diem, or PRN with per-visit pay and flexible scheduling; location-based care delivery across patients' homes.
