Job Summary
Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care. Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app. Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments. Requires active, state-specific PT license, reliable transportation, liability insurance, and current CPR/BLS certification.
