Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care. Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average. Complete documentation in the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork). Required Qualifications
