Job Summary
Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care. Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a max 30-minute drive (12 min on average). Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app. Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments. Active PT license, liability insurance, CPR/BLS certification, and reliable transportation are required. Schedule is flexible; per-visit pay with potential to increase earnings by adding visits. Work location is on the road with services performed in patients' homes.
