Job Summary
Responsible for evaluating and treating short-term rehab and long-term care residents with weekend rotation. Duties include documentation in accordance with JCAHO and third-party payers, as well as program development and outcome studies. A degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE approved program is required, along with valid NYS licensure. Experience in long-term care and a short-term rehab setting is preferred.
