Job Summary
Physical Therapist to provide embedded musculoskeletal care, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization for Air National Guard Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Operators. Responsibilities include conducting musculoskeletal evaluations and movement assessments; developing individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs; delivering injury prevention, mobility, corrective exercise, and return-to-duty interventions; managing acute/chronic neuromuscular conditions; maintaining documentation in government-approved medical systems; educating operators on injury prevention and readiness; advising unit leadership on injury trends and program improvements; and participating in unit training and approved operational activities.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current unrestricted Physical Therapy license in any U.S. state or territory
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Physical Therapist supporting tactical military athletes, collegiate athletics, professional athletics, aerospace, test pilot/astronaut, or similar high-performance populations
- Current CPR and AED certification
- Ability to meet all installation access requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
