Physical Therapist (PT) sought to join Liberty Cares at Liberty Commons of Alamance County. Work with a multidisciplinary rehab team to develop individualized treatment plans and apply progressive treatment modalities in an in-house therapy setting, with local management support. Requires graduation from an accredited therapy program and licensure in the state of the SNF. Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
