Physical Therapist

Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings and participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care. Treat residents one on one through private, functional-based treatment sessions with individualized attention. Requires a degree in the discipline, current Physical Therapy license, and excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
