Job Summary
Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings and participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care. Treat residents one on one through private, functional-based treatment sessions with an individualized approach. This Monday–Friday schedule includes no weekend or holiday requirements. We offer a not-for-profit environment led by therapists, serving nearly 500 senior living communities across the U.S. to improve quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in area of discipline
- Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
- Computer proficiency
