Job Summary
Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings and participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care. Treat residents one on one through private, functional-based treatment sessions with an individualized approach. This PRN position requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month. The role offers a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in area of discipline
- Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
- Computer proficiency
