Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients across orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehab, and pelvic health specialties. Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services training while ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors. Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager. Work a Monday-Friday schedule in Glasgow, KY, with a starting base compensation of $72,500-$85,000 and potential sign-on bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
- Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if licensed clinician
- Outpatient clinical rotation if current student
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification
