Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. Supervise physical therapist assistants within the facilities. Split time between Home Health and SNF settings on a weekend schedule to support work-life balance. Maintain licensure in the state of practice and adhere to ethical conduct standards. Gain mentorship and access to free continuing education while working in a supportive environment focused on geriatric care and Medicare billing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current PT license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Adherence to state and federal regulations
