Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. Supervise PTAs within the facilities while managing duties across Home Health and SNF settings on a weekend schedule. Maintain active licensure in the state of practice and adhere to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current PT license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations
