Job Summary

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results; review physician referrals and patient records to determine required PT treatment; provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines; document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers; supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians; complete written plans of care, set goals, and design comprehensive programs to achieve those goals; implement PT treatment programs and deliver essential therapies; communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers; ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries; perform additional duties as Assistant Clinic Director; licensed PT with a graduated PT program and CPR certification; compensation package includes salary, benefits, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Graduate Program
  • Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist License (PT)
  • CPR certification
