Job Summary

Assess patients, screen, and evaluate needs through history, systems review, and appropriate testing to establish diagnoses and impairments. Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, and modalities to restore performance and promote independence. Instruct patients and caregivers in essential skills, adapt plans based on progress, and refer to other disciplines as required. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and support personnel while ensuring safe environments and timely documentation. Order supplies, maintain equipment, and attend care conferences to deliver effective rehabilitation services across various settings.

Required Qualifications

  • valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
  • available to travel to and temporarily reside in locations outside of the therapists primary home
  • The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
