Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop, and deliver individualized physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Screen, examine, and evaluate patients to establish diagnoses, design treatment plans, and implement therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities. Instruct patients and caregivers in skills to promote independence, direct activities to maintain health, and consult with the rehabilitation team to select appropriate regimens. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and support personnel while ensuring timely documentation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols. Travel nationwide for 13-week assignments with full-time role security and H-1B sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- available to travel to and temporarily reside in locations outside of the therapists primary home
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
