Job Summary

Assess patient needs and deliver individualized physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home settings. Screen, examine, and evaluate patients using appropriate tests to establish diagnoses, identify impairments, and design treatment plans including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and adaptive device training. Instruct patients and caregivers in skills essential for independence, modify plans based on progress, and refer to other disciplines as necessary. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support personnel while ensuring adherence to safety standards and timely documentation. Travel nationwide for 13-week assignments with full-time role security.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
  • Available to travel to and temporarily reside in locations outside of the therapist primary home
  • Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
