Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations, administer tests and measures, and synthesize results to formulate diagnoses, goals, and comprehensive treatment plans. Execute daily treatment protocols including musculoskeletal interventions, therapeutic exercises, and modalities while providing patient education on activities of daily living and community reintegration. Collect and record patient care data in the Prompt EMR system, manage daily billing, and oversee support staff such as PTAs and aides. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to modify care plans as needed and initiate discharge procedures. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist degree with state-regulated CEUs and a valid CPR license. Full-time role with up to $7,500 sign-on bonus and $2,500 relocation bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Doctorate degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Basic computer skills
- Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times
