Physical Therapist

Conduct daily patient evaluations, administer tests and measures, and synthesize results to formulate diagnoses, goals, and treatment plans. Execute established plans of care through musculoskeletal interventions, therapeutic exercises, and modalities while providing education on activities of daily living and equipment use. Collect and record patient care data in the Prompt EMR system, manage billing compliance, and oversee support staff including PTAs and aides. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals, discharge planning, and community reintegration efforts. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines for all documentation and reimbursement systems.
