Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations, daily notes, and reassessments to formulate diagnoses, goals, and treatment plans for patient caseloads. Administer musculoskeletal interventions including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and modalities while providing education on ADLs and community reintegration. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to modify care plans, initiate consultations, and complete discharge procedures. Record patient care data and billing in the Prompt EMR system, oversee support staff such as PTAs and aides, and present to the community. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, valid CPR, and experience with EMR software. Full-time role with up to $7,500 sign-on bonus and $2,500 relocation bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Doctorate degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Basic computer skills
- Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times
