Physical Therapist

Collect and record patient care data following regulatory guidelines, including initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, and discharge plans. Synthesize evaluation results to formulate diagnoses, goals, and treatment plans, then administer tests, measures, and musculoskeletal interventions such as therapeutic exercises and modalities. Establish and modify treatment plans based on patient progress, provide education on ADLs and equipment use, and oversee support staff including PTAs and aides. Additionally, record daily billing, prepare for evaluations by researching diagnoses, and initiate consultations or referrals as needed.
