Job Summary
Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Assess living spaces to identify fall hazards and provide recommendations for safety and accessibility. Teach patients and families how to execute daily exercises safely and manage chronic conditions. This full-time, permanent home health role includes a Monday through Friday schedule, with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $47.00 to $70.00 plus a sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold an active California license, a Master's or Doctorate degree, and at least one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active BLS certification or ability to obtain one upon hire
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active California License to practice Physical Therapy
- At least a year of experience as a Physical Therapist
