Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations, reevaluations, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation for referred patients under the mentorship of a licensed Physical Therapist. Maintain accurate patient records, charges, and prescriptions while participating in team and family conferences as appropriate. Provide effective and efficient patient care following accreditation guidelines and professional ethics. Current Physical Therapy student or recent graduate required with CPR certification within 90 days. Salary ranges from $18.40 to $29.74 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current student within a Physical Therapy program
- Recent graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Satisfaction of all prerequisite coursework
- Eligibility for an internship through your program or school
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) certification from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days
