Physical Therapist

Conduct skilled physical therapy services including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard procedures and modalities. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care while supervising assistants, aides, and students. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and providers to ensure smooth operations, maintain thorough patient records, and complete accurate billing. Participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings to improve clinical outcomes and department goals. Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay updated on professional standards.
