Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities while consulting with and educating patients, families, and caregivers. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, develop care plans with specific goals, and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare providers. Manage all aspects of patient care and supervision, including overseeing assistants, aides, and students, while maintaining thorough patient records and completing billing accurately. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement processes to improve clinical outcomes and department goals. Location: Bountiful, UT. Scheduled weekly hours: 20. Hourly range: $43.09 - $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
