Job Summary
Conduct screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treatment of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient care and supervision, including overseeing assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings. Engage in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and program development to achieve department goals. Maintain thorough patient records and complete billing accurately. Promote continuing education for self and staff. Work 20 weekly hours in Bountiful, Utah, earning $43.09 - $66.47 hourly. Requires current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items and navigate crowded environments.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
