Physical Therapist

Conduct skilled physical therapy services including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard procedures and modalities. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient care and education, supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students to ensure high-quality outcomes. Maintain thorough and timely patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Work in the Physical Therapy department at Intermountain Health in Bountiful, Utah. Requires a current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items, ambulate patients, and navigate crowded clinical environments.
