Job Summary

Conduct screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treatment of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Provide skilled physical therapy services by developing care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments, history, and physician referrals. Educate, train, and supervise patients, families, caregivers, assistants, aides, office staff, and students to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers regarding patient needs and goals while collaborating with care teams and stakeholders. Maintain thorough and timely patient records and complete billing accurately. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement processes including utilization review audits. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
