Job Summary
Conduct skilled physical therapy services, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard procedures and modalities. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments, consult with patients, families, and caregivers, and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient care and education, supervise assistants and students, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement processes. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and contribute to program development strategies. This role supports the Physical Therapy program at Intermountain Health in Bountiful, Utah, with a schedule of 20 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
