Physical Therapist

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments, manage all aspects of patient supervision including assistants and students, and contribute to program development and marketing strategies. Maintain thorough patient records, complete accurate billing, participate in quality improvement processes and utilization review audits, and engage in interdisciplinary meetings. Requires current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items, ambulate patients, and navigate busy clinical environments. Located in Bountiful, Utah, with 20 weekly hours and an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
