Physical Therapist

Conduct screenings, testing, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and supervise assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement processes. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Work in the Physical Therapy department at Intermountain Health in Bountiful, Utah.
