Job Summary

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, developing care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments. Manage all aspects of patient care and education, including supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Keep thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers. Participate in quality improvement processes, patient care conferences, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and a driver's license. Located in Bountiful, Utah, with 20 weekly hours and an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
