Physical Therapist

Conduct screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treatment of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient care and supervision, including overseeing assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement processes. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and contribute to program development strategies. Schedule 20 weekly hours in Bountiful, Utah, with an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47. Requires current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items and navigate busy clinical environments.
