Physical Therapist

Conduct skilled physical therapy services, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard procedures and modalities. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments, consult with and educate patients, families, and caregivers, and collaborate with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient care and supervision, including overseeing assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Maintain thorough and timely patient records, complete patient billing accurately, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. This role requires a current Physical Therapist license, Basic Life Support certification, and the ability to lift heavy items, ambulate patients, and navigate crowded clinical environments. The position is located in Bountiful, Utah, with a scheduled weekly commitment of 20 hours.
