Physical Therapist

Conduct skilled physical therapy services, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries and disabilities using standard practices and modalities. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care while educating and training patients, families, and caregivers. Manage all aspects of patient care and supervision, including overseeing assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement processes, and utilization review audits to improve clinical outcomes and patient access. Maintain thorough patient documentation and complete billing accurately. Promote continuing education opportunities for self and staff. Work 20 weekly hours in the Physical Therapy department at Intermountain Health in Bountiful, Utah.
