Job Summary

Conduct screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treatment of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient care and supervision, including assisting with transporting patients and operating monitors. Maintain thorough patient records, complete accurate billing, and participate in quality improvement processes and utilization review audits. Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to program development strategies. Requires current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items. 20 weekly hours, $43.09 - $66.47 hourly.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
