Physical Therapist

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Supervise assistants, aides, office staff, and students to ensure high-quality care. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement processes including utilization review audits. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. This role requires a current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and experience with the target population. Located in Bountiful, Utah, with 20 weekly hours and an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
