Job Summary
Conduct skilled physical therapy services, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard procedures and modalities. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care while supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete accurate billing, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient needs and goals. Schedule 20 weekly hours in Bountiful, Utah. Hourly range $43.09 - $66.47. Requires current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items and walk frequently.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
