Physical Therapist

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Conduct evaluations, develop care plans with specific goals, and supervise assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality care. Maintain thorough patient records, complete accurate billing, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to achieve department goals. Work in the Physical Therapy department at Intermountain Health in Bountiful, Utah. Requires current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items, ambulate patients, and navigate crowded rooms. Schedule includes 20 weekly hours with an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
