Job Summary
Conduct screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treatment of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and supervise assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings. Engage in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and program development to achieve department goals. Located in Bountiful, Utah, this role requires a current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and a driver's license. Scheduled for 20 weekly hours with an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
