Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed for Home Health at Interim HealthCare. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with physical disability or reduced mobility in a home care environment; establishing and administering a treatment plan using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to improve mobility and reduce pain; educating patients and families in rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety, and independent living; and collaborating with other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Requires current PT license, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and 1 year of PT experience in a home health or similar setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of the position
- CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- One (1) year of professional PT experience in a home health or similar setting
