Job Summary
Deliver physical therapy services in a home health setting, evaluating and treating patients with mobility impairments due to injury, disease, or surgery. Establish and administer treatment plans using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to improve mobility and alleviate pain. Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care and activities to promote health and independence. Collaborate with other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Requires an active PT license in the relevant state, CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of PT experience in home health or similar settings. Offers flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN) with competitive pay and daily pay option.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a home health or similar setting
